Description

Despite its name, sensitive fern is a relatively tough native species and will grow in full sun to shade – as long as the soil does not dry out. It is actually named sensitive fern because it is sensitive to cold and turns brown after the first fall frost. Not suitable for small plantings because of its tendency to spread.
